• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Dec 2020 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• 1 night stay: Excludes 25 & 31 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021.
• 2 night stay: Excludes 24-25 & 30 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm on the day of arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon; the option to check-in early instead of check-out late is available; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Standard double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: standard king £10, standard double double £20, premium king £30 or premium double double £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Include a £20pp dinner spend valid on the a la carte menu; subject to change. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Children are permitted in restaurant until 10pm. 2 night stay: includes dinner on the first night only.
• Includes 1 hours access to leisure facilities; please note time slot must be booked in advance by calling 01224 896687. Leisure facilities will be open in line with current Government guidelines.
• Children permitted; children ages 12 and under can be accommodated in a standard double double (£20 upgrade) or a premium double double (£40 upgrade). Children's meals paid for as taken: 0-5 yrs old dine free of charge; 6-12 yrs old are £5 per child for breakfast and £13 per child for dinner; 13-17 yrs old are £10 per child for breakfast and £20 per child for dinner. Rooms can be upgraded to a standard double double to accommodate 2 adults and max of 2 children; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available in hotel; no wheelchair access available in leisure facilities.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
