• Voucher is valid from Wed 22 Dec 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Wed - Fri 10am - 3pm and Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Sun - Tue, 24-25 Dec 2021 and 1-2 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes 1hr use of the hot tub with robes and slippers.
• Option 1 wheelchair access available. Option 2 & 3 no wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
