• Voucher is valid until Sat 25 Mar 2023, Tue 10am - 3pm, Wed - Fri 10am - 7pm and Sat 9am - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and Mondays.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 13 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Only suitable for ages 16 and over.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any medical conditions or allergies directly with salon.
• Options 1: Treatment duration: approx. 1hr.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 2hrs 15mins. Patch test is required for colour at least 48 hours before, please discuss at time of booking.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Valid for level 4 stylists only
• A supplementary charge may be required for long hair and/or extensions; please discuss direct.
• Upgrade to restyle hair - £10 and for colour upgrade; half head - £15 or full head - £22
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
