• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20 Dec 2020 - 2 Jan 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 10 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Options 1 & 3: One bedroom apartment with 1 double or twin bed and sofa bed for up to 2 adults and 2 children.
• Options 2 & 4: Two bedroom apartment with 2 king, double or twin beds and sofa bed for up to 4 adults and 2 children.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
