Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Sep until Fri 30 Sep 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 15 Sep 2022 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Fridays and £50 for Saturdays; payable directly to hotel. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon. 
• Classic double or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options includes 3 course dinner from the set dinner menu, or a £25pp dinner spend towards to a la carte menu; subject to change. 
• Vegetarian,  vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes leisure access.
• Parking available at the hotel; £20 per night.
• Max of 1 child permitted free of charge ; children are classed as ages 12 and under. If more than one child you must upgrade to a Family Room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly.
• No pets permitted apart from guide dogs.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
