• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 2nd Nov - 2nd Dec and 31 Dec 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Stay in a double or twin city view room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: studio room - £30 and townhouse - £80; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes a 2 course dinner each night from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Max of 3 voucher/6 people per table.
• Max of 2 children permitted in an upgraded studio room for a charge of £30 when sleeping on a sofa bed; payable direct. Includes breakfast all other meals are charged as taken.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
