• Voucher is valid from Wed 7 Sep 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24-26 and 31 Dec 2022 - 2 Jan 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• 3 adults can stay in the Victoria Apartment featuring 1 large double en-suite bedroom and a fold-down sofa bed.
• 4 adults & 2 kids can stay in the Albert Apartment featuring 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 sofa beds.
• 8 adults & 2 kids can stay in the King's  Apartment featuring 4 spacious bedrooms including a split-level master bedroom suite with super king-size bed. Supplements apply for the hot tub and snooker room; discuss direct
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. if applicable 
• A security deposit of £500 is required for the Albert and King's apartments; payable directly to hotel at the time of booking.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
