- Includes breakdown cover, unlimited UK mileage and vehicle insurance for both drivers
- Plus bedding, towels & camping chairs for two, BBQ & coals, kitchen equipment and crockery, first aid kit, fire extinguisher and electric hook-up lead
- Early collection from 10am, late return by 3pm. Returns after 3pm will be subject to a charge of £40 per hour. No refund is given for early vehicle returns.
About the accommodation
- A tartan-wrapped and lovingly converted campervan from long wheelbase VW or Renault vans
- Equipped with a two-burner gas stove, grill, refrigerator, sink with drainage & water tank
- Max of 2 children permitted. Car/booster seats are not provided; you must provide your own if required
- Max of 1 small dog permitted for a supplementary charge of £50 plus an additional deposit of £100; payable directly
- No wheelchair access available
- Free parking is available for your own vehicle in secure location
- Free collection and return available to premises in Dundonald, Kilmarnock or Irvine Railway Station.
- Collection from or return to Glasgow, Prestwick or Edinburgh Airport, Glasgow or Edinburgh City Centre can be arranged for a £150 supplement each way, payable directly.
- Strictly no smoking.

Small print
- A pre-authorisation charge of £500 is required in advance. This is released upon the safe and clean return of the vehicle and its contents.
- Driving licence (both drivers), ID and a utility bill (original copy) must be produced upon collection of vehicle. Failure to provide may result in hire being cancelled.
- Standard UK vehicle insurance is included for up to two drivers aged 25 - 70 holding a valid licence for at least two years. Age groups outside this bracket may be insured at the insurers discretion/subject to a premium.
- Penalty points must be declared before hire and hire/insurance may be subject to a premium; please discuss directly. Driving-related offences within the last 5 years, health conditions affecting ability to drive, declined insurance policies or special terms imposed must be declared at booking/prior to collection.
- In the event of accident, loss or damage, the hirer is liable to pay the first £600 of any incident resulting in a claim.
- A full tank of unleaded petrol is supplied with the vehicle upon collection and expected upon return. A £30 charge will apply for any fuel shortage plus the amount needed to fill tank which will be taken from the deposit.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
