• Voucher is valid until Sun 30 Mar 2025, Fri 3pm - 8pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Thu and 1 - 31 Dec 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Please arrive 5 to 10 mins before your booked time slot.
• 1 adult & 1 child ticket: Valid for 1 over 18 and 1 under 10 sharing a canvas. Individual canvases can be purchased for an additional cost subject to availability; payable directly.
• 2 or 4 adult tickets: Includes 1 canvas each.
• Duration approx. 45mins. 
• Please wear clothing you don't mind getting paint on.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
