- Duration: approx. 3 hours, with last entry at 8pm.
- Suitable for all ages. All attendees require a ticket; 0 - 3 years are free; 3 - 15 years are classed as children.
- All infants and children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Adult and child tickets include either a hot or cold drink and cake, which can be redeemed from Oystercatcher Cafe.
- Please note daytime park entry is not included.

- Pets are not permitted.
- Wheelchair access available; the route is designed so that wheelchairs and buggies can get around. Please note there may be some areas that are difficult to access due to gradients. Wheelchairs are available to hire on arrival.
