Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Feb 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon. 
• Standard double or twin en-suite room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a large superior super king for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children permitted and require an upgrade to a family suite for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly. Children are classed as 3-15 years and require an additional supplementary charge of £15 per child per night, including breakfast. Under 3s go free and travel cots are available; subject to availability.
• Pets are not permitted.
• No wheelchair access available 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
