• Voucher is valid until Sun 14 Aug 2022, 7 days 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Fri - Sun visits; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Jul 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 20 per group; subject to availability.
• Massage treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Suitable for age 16+ only.
• Treatment duration: approx. 55 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 1 hours access to the facilities before or after your treatment.
• Includes afternoon tea; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
