Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jul 2023 until Fri 29 Sep 2023, Sun - Fri 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Excludes Saturdays.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table. 
• Afternoon tea for two from a set menu; subject to change.
• Option 2 & 4: includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, gluten / wheat free and halal options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
