Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Apr 2023 until Sat 29 Jul 2023, Tue 9.30am - 2:30pm, Wed 9.30am - 5pm, Thu 9.30am - 8pm, Fri 9.30am - 6pm & Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon. Please note that from 29 Apr - 29 Jul 2023 voucher is valid 9am - 12noon on Saturdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jul 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45 mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 2 hrs 10 mins. Patch test is required 48 hours in advance of your appointment; please arrange directly.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
