• Voucher is valid from Mon 22 Nov 2021 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes 24-25 Nov, 10-13, 19-20, 24-26, 30-31 Dec 2021, 1, 9-25, 30-31 Jan, 6-7 Feb 2022 and 8, 25, 27 Apr 2022. Please not weekends have limited availability; please check before booking.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 31 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3.30pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Stay in a standard twin or double garden room
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior room £35 and deluxe room £65; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a mini bottle of Prosecco each in room on arrival.
• If you book a 2 course dinner at the hotel you will receive a complimentary bottle of house red or white wine.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
