- General:
- Vouchers are valid for a 4 night midweek or a 3 night weekend stay.
- 4 night stay: check-in on Mondays only. Excludes Tue - Sun check-ins.
- 3 night stay: check-in on Fridays only. Excludes Sat - Thu check-ins.
- Vouchers are subject to availability.
- Email bookings only.
- Once booked with Girvan Haven, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
- Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
- Holiday home sleeps seven in 4 bedrooms. Includes 2 bathrooms.
- Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
- A security deposit of £200 is required; payable directly at the time of booking. Please discuss directly with Girvan Haven.
- Includes a movie night pack with delivered pizza, popcorn and sweets. There will be an order form for pizza with times in the house.
- Children permitted and included in the headcount. Cot and high chairs can be provided free of charge. A single bed for one extra adult or child is available for a supplementary charge of £50 per stay; payable directly.
- Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per stay; payable directly.
- No wheelchair access available
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
