• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 May 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 14, 19, 22, 29 Jun 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Early check-in 11am, late check-out 3pm
• Queen double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night for a river view room; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes complimentary onsite parking.
• Max of 1 child permitted on a z bed with limited availability. Please note, there are no family rooms available. Cots can be added at no additional charge. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
