Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 30 May 2021, valid Tue & Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm, Wed 11am - 7pm, Thur 11am - 8pm, Sat 9.30am - 4.30pm and Sun 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Monday and 1 Jan - 14 Feb 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Gel nails: Over 12s only. Treatment can last 2 weeks dependent on lifestyle and maintenance. Soak off or French finish additional £5 per set payable at the salon - please notify at time of booking if required.
• Massages: Over 16s only. Massage is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Gel nails: treatment duration 45mins.
• Back, neck and shoulder: treatment duration 30mins.
• Gel nails & toes or full body massage: treatment duration 1hr 30mins.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. Please note there are no disabled facilities.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
