Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £100 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• 8 en-suite, bedrooms across 3 houses sleeping up to sixteen people. 2 of the houses have 2 bedrooms and one has 4 bedrooms, some of which can be made into twins.
• Groups must adhere to Scottish Government guidance at the time of stay.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Government legislation dictates that Covid-19 Track and Trace forms must be completed for every guest prior to the hand over of keys. The lead booker will be held responsible for this and the form will be sent from Barwheys and must be completed and returned one week prior to arrival.
• A refundable security deposit of £750 is required; payable by bank transfer to owners one week prior to arrival.
• Self-catering with fully equipped kitchens but no restaurants on site; caterers can be recommended on request.
• Parking available on site.
• Linen, towels and toiletries are included.
• Children permitted and included in the total head count.
• No pets permitted.
• Advance booking required.
• Wheelchair access available, one of the houses has two downstairs bedrooms.
• Valid for accommodation only and cannot be used for weddings or any other events. 
• Day guests may be allowed with prior permission and an extra charge will apply; please discuss and pay directly.
• There are two electric charges on site which are free for guests to use.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
