• Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Sep 2022, Thu - Tue 10am or 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Wednesdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 15 days of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Suitable for ages 10+. 
• Duration approx. 2 -2 1/2 hrs. 
• Max of 10 people per group/activity. 
• Participants cannot weigh more than 120 kilos.
• Please bring shoes for getting wet and a towel for changing. A wet suit, paddleboard and buoyancy aid are provided.
• Meeting point: Glenfinnan Visitor Centre, PH37 4LT OR Fort William, Corepach Canal Locks, PH33 7JH (depending on location chosen).
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
