• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Four and six person cottages: Voucher is valid 7 days.
• Eight person cottage: Voucher is valid Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri-Sat.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2021 - 5 Jan and 11 - 20 Feb 2022.
• Four person cottage: a supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Six person cottage: a supplementary charge of £40 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 3 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am; a valid credit/debit card will be required at check-in.
• 1, 2 or 3 bed cottage available.
• Towels and linen are provided.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount. Cot hire requires a supplementary charge of £5 per night; payable directly.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
