Valid Nov - Dec: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Tue 20 Dec 2022, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Voucher must be booked by Tue 6 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Valid Jan - Mar: Voucher is valid from Fri 6 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Excludes 7 - 12 and 14 Feb 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

General: You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 21 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Pods sleep up to 4 people but is best suited for two adults and two children or 3 adults max.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
