• Takeaway: Voucher is valid from Wed 11 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023. Collect 7 days a week 11am - 3.30pm ; subject to availability. Orders must be made by 11am the day prior to your preferred collection date.
• Sit-in: Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Jan 2023 until Thu 30 Mar 2023. Valid 7 days, sit-in 2pm or 2.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb and 19 Mar 2023.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only; online bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 vouchers per visit.
• Afternoon tea set menu only; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. 
• Option 3: Includes a glass of Prosecco each.
• Option 4: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share.
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
