• Voucher is valid from Thu 20 Jan 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days 10am - 7pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only.
• Duration approx 75 mins.
• Pamper package is not suitable during pregnancy.
• Facial is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns or existing medical conditions directly with the spa before purchasing your voucher.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.   
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Voucher is valid with Barbora only.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher must be printed for redemption, please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
