Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 20 Jun 2022 until Mon 29 Aug 2022; Mon - Tue 12noon - 7:30pm, Wed 11am - 7pm, Thu - Fri 10am - 6pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 8 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only.
• Max of 1 person at a time; groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Please discuss any health concerns or existing medical conditions directly with the spa before purchasing your voucher.
• Duration: approx. 45 mins.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
