Day 1 (Friday 26 April)
- Welcome drinks followed by a healthy dinner and icebreaker games
Day 2 (Saturday 27 April)
- Morning: Healthy buffet style breakfast followed by energising yoga, hillwalking and a wild water dip
- Afternoon: Wellness workshops
- Evening: Dinner, cooking demonstration and a wee party around the campfire!
Day 3 (Sun 28 April)
- Morning: Breakfast and breathwork
- Afternoon: Wellness workshop, reflection time and departure
