Good morning,

The voucher says 2 adults or family of 4 but the fine print says minimum of 4 per car and maximum of 6. We’re a family of 5, two adults and three children who are all under 12 and require car seats. Can we still use this voucher?

Our vouchers are for two adults and two children only, but you're welcome to contact Highland Safaris directly on 01887 820 071 to discuss the possibility and cost of adding a child to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

Just make sure to mention you'll be using an itison voucher.

I'm happy to let you know children are permitted on the highland safari. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult and children are classed as 0-12yrs.

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Sun 5 Mar 2023, 7 days 9.30am or 1pm only; subject to availability.

Excludes 21 Dec 2022 - 4 Jan 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Safari duration: 2hrs 30mins.

Voucher is for adult or child; under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.

Maximum of 6 people per group; minimum of 4 people per car. Please note parties of less than 4 may be put with another group.

Children are classed as 0-12yrs.

Includes: binoculars & telescope, hot drinks, shortbread & a wee dram of whisky and wildlife identification sheets & fact files.

Weather appropriate clothing recommended; warm clothing, waterproofs and waterproof boots or shoes.

The venue can be found by inputting the postcode (PH15 2JQ) into a map/sat nav. Please leave plenty of time for travel, especially in inclement weather.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
