You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Option 1 and 3: duration approx. 45 mins. Over 12s permitted with parent's consent. Treatment lasts approx. 2-3 weeks, depending on lifestyle and maintenance. 

Option 2: duration approx. 1 hr 30 mins. Over 16s only. Patch test required 48 hours in advance. Treatment lasts approx. 6-8 weeks, depending on lifestyle and maintenance.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
