I'm afraid we can't gift vouchers, however you can still do this from your own account.

Select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

Why is it £21 for 1 person but you can buy 2 tickets for £42 but if you click the 2 person option its £78?

I can confirm our one-person voucher option is £21 and our £39 voucher option is valid for 2 people.

As such if you were looking to purchase a voucher for 2 people I can confirm you'd set the quantity at 1 from the £39 voucher option.

  • One or two adult tickets for a cruise on Loch Katrine plus afternoon tea in the Steamship Cafe, 8 hour car parking and a mini guidebook

Voucher is valid from Fri 17 Feb 2023 until Wed 31 May 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Cruises depart at 10.15am, 11.30am, 12.45pm and 2pm.

Excludes Easter holidays from 1-16 Apr 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 May 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Suitable for all ages.

Duration: 1 hour, or 45 min sailing.

Under 16s afternoon tea package available at a supplementary charge of £14 for children's menu plus 1 hour sailing; please discuss and book directly with Loch Katrine. Under 5s ticket is £5 and can be purchased directly from Loch Katrine.

Includes afternoon tea, taken after sailing, in the Steamship Cafe between 11:30am - 4pm, , or at the Katrine Gift Shop Cafe at the Trossachs Pier. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking. Tables required back after 1hr 30mins.

No wheelchair access available.

Sailings are weather dependent.

Meeting point for sailing: Trossachs Pier, Loch Katrine, By Callander, Stirling FK17 8HZ.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
