Hi there,

It says that the voucher is valid until March but on the small print it says it’s valid until 30th April 2023. Can you clarify?

Also, it says that it can be used on online bookings only, can you advise as to where we input the code on the website?

Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Sun 30 Apr 2023; subject to availability.

1 night stay: Valid Sun - Fri. Excludes Saturdays.

2 night stay: Valid 7 days. A supplementary charge of £60 is required for Saturday night stays; payable direct.

Excludes 10-11 Feb and 7 - 9 Apr 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. Telephone bookings will not be accepted.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Standard double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a superior or premium superior room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
