Questions and answers

The voucher says it’s valid between 5-9pm. Does that mean you must have finished watching the film before 9pm? Or does it mean the start time of the film must be in between those times, ie 8.25pm? thanks. Anne

Seating is unreserved and screen 1 offers a choice of stalls or premier circle seating.

I'm afraid VIP seating is not available with this voucher, however you're welcome to contact the venue directly on 01334 474 902 to discuss potential upgrade options.

Excludes Saturdays.

Advance booking not required; valid for walk-ins.

Screening times can be viewed here; subject to change.

Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.

Valid for 2D films only. A supplementary charge of £1.50 per per person for 3D; payable directly to the venue.

Excludes live events and satellite transmission programmes.

Age restrictions may apply due to age certification of chosen film. ID may be required.

One voucher can be redeemed per couple.

Please note seating is unreserved. Screen 1 offers a choice of stalls or premier circle seating.

Wheelchair access available, please note there are no disabled facilities.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
