Starters

• Garlic mushrooms with creamy smoked cheese sauce and parmesan crouton
• Wild boar & pheasant terrine, homemade brioche loaf, mixed salad and spiced apple chutney
• Belhaven cured salmon trio of hot smoked salmon, beetroot cured salmon and cold smoked salmon served with a caper and herb dressing 

Mains

• Roast chicken breast with sun blushed tomato and feta stuffing, turnip dauphinoise and red wine sauce
• North Atlantic pan-fried cod with pancetta jus, creamed mashed potatoes, fine beans, artichokes and roasted vine tomatoes
• Auld Reekie smoked cheddar and a herb twice baked roulade, creamed leeks and sweet potato puree

Desserts

• Traditional sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce and toffee ice cream
• Rhubarb & stem ginger crème brûlée, ginger crumb and mixed spiced shortbread

• The Elphinstone Room - created from the original dining room of the house and has elegant chandeliers, antique wood paneling and views over the Champagne Terrace
• The Music Room - boasts splendid interior architecture and full length oak bookcases wrapped around every wall
• The Beacon room - located in The Keep which is the oldest part of the house and is surrounded by windows with views up along the driveway flanked by historic lime trees
