• October stay: 
• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Sun 31 Oct 2021, 7 days.
• Excludes 9-10 Oct 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 11 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• November stay:
• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Sun 28 Nov 2021, 7 days.
• Excludes 15 - 17 and 22 - 24 Nov 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 8 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• General:
• Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Advance booking required. Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Sea view balcony, deck or pet friendly double or twin rooms available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a £20pp dinner spend valid on a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children under 12yrs permitted on a B&B basis, sleeping on a fold out bed for a supplementary charge of £15 per child. Cots available for under 2yrs for no additional charge; please discuss direct.
• Pets permitted; please discuss directly with hotel when booking.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss at time of booking.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
