• Mon - Thu options: Voucher is valid from Thu 9 Feb until Thu 29 June 2023, Mon - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Fri - Sun options: Voucher is valid from Fri 10 Feb until Fri 30 Jun 2023, Fri - Sun. Excludes Mon - Thu.
• Vouchers must be booked by Thu 15 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• General: All stays exclude 14 Feb, 19, 31 Mar 2023 & 11-13 Apr 2023.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• No pets permitted.

• Booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.

• Spa access
• Spa treatments available 8am-8pm; subject to availability.
• Includes choice of 2x 25min treatment each. choice between back, neck and shoulder massage, facial, salt scrub or scalp massage.
• Maximum of 1 vouchers per booking. It may not be possible for all guests to receive their treatments at the same time; times will be allocated as close together as possible; subject to availability.
• Some of the treatments offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. Please inform spa if you have any concerns.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Overnight stay:
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Superior king room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss and pay directly.
• Includes 3 course dinner from set menu; menu subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Includes a welcome drink of Prosecco or a soft drink on arrival.
• Max of 1 child permitted up to age 12. Cot or extra bed is available at no extra charge.
• Created for the development and promotion of tourism and the enhancement of visitor experience in Manchester, the City Visitor Charge is a supplementary £1 charge per room/unit per night for guests, added to the final accommodation bill. The statutory charge is collected from all paid accommodation establishments that fall into the Manchester ABID zone.
• The City Visitor Charge is applicable to all bookings from 1 April 2023.
