Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Tue 31 Mar 2022, valid 7 days 11am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 18 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Once booked with B+B Edinburgh, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table.
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. 
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
