Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 28 Apr 2021 until Wed 21 Jul 2021, valid Wed - Thu 9.30am - 3pm and Fri 9.30 - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Sat - Tue.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 7 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Option 1 treatment duration: approx. 45 mins.
• Option 2 treatment duration: approx. 30 mins.
• Option 3 treatment duration: approx. 1 hour 30 mins.
• Treatment lasts up to 2-3 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Option 2: Patch test required at least 24 hours in advance. Can be carried out in the salon or posted out to members to apply.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
