Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days 2pm - 6:30pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Fri 18 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Please note that Café 1505 is currently closed; vouchers will be redeemable at 10 Hill Place Hotel until the café reopens. Café reopening date is yet to be confirmed.
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Charcuterie or vegetarian board from set menu only. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a bottle of Cecilia Beretta Prosecco to share. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. Bottle can be upgraded to Champagne for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly.
• Please note that the café closes at 8pm.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
