• July - September option: Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Jul 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days. Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sep 2021.
• October option:  Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Fri 29 Oct 2021, 7 days. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Oct 2021.
• All stays are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Fri and Sat stays and for stays on 1-31 Aug and 11-24 Oct 2021; payable directly.
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 1pm.
• City double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
