• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only. Please note that the booking line charge is 11p per minute plus any additional charges that may be added by your landline / mobile phone operator.
• Booking is non changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Stay in a standard double or twin room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of red/white wine in your room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. Please state your preference when booking.
• Max of 1 child permitted, ages 0 - 12 stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding. Cots are available. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
