• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14-18 Sep, 15-19 Oct, 1-4, 23 -31 Dec 2022 and 1-2 Jan 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge per night of £50 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Email bookings only.
• Once booked with Girvan Haven, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Holiday home sleeps seven in 4 bedrooms. Includes 2 bathrooms.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £100 per night, subject to availability; please discuss directly.
• Children permitted and included in the headcount. Cot and high chairs can be provided free of charge. A single bed for one extra adult or child is available for a supplementary charge of £50 per stay; payable directly.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per stay; payable directly.
• No wheelchair access available 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
