• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• 1 night stay: Valid Sun - Fri. Excludes Saturdays and 11 Feb 2022.
• 2 night stay: Valid 7 days. A supplementary charge of £50prpn is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. Excludes 11-12 Feb 2022.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. Telephone bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior or premium superior room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
