Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 2 Jan 2025 until Sun 30 Mar 2025, Thu - Fri & Sun, tours available at 12noon, 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Wed & Sat.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. Please ensure you select your party size when making your booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• All tours are for Over 18s only. Lind & Lime operate the challenge 25 policy, so please be prepared to show ID. This is an industrial environment and they are unable to accommodate babies on the tour.
• Duration approx. 1hr 15 mins. 
• Max of 20 people per group. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. Vouchers must be scanned on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
