• Midweek: Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Dec 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat, 24, 31 Dec 2020 and 14 Feb 2021.
• Weekend: Voucher is valid from Fri 4 Dec 2020 until Sat 27 Mar 2021, Fri - Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Thur, 25-26 Dec 2020, 1-2 Jan and 12-13 Feb 2021.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Wed 3 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm. 
• Stay in a classic room or upgrade to a Junior Suite.
• Stay can be extended by a night and rooms upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child per paying adult permitted free of charge; children are classed as ages 0-12 yrs. Pull out beds will be provided.
• Pets may be permitted a supplementary charge; discuss directly with the hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
