• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Aug 2021, Tue 10am - 3pm, Wed - Thu 3.30pm - 8.30pm and Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Sundays - Mondays and Fridays.
• Please note, there is limited availability on Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Valid for appointments with Oana only.
• Voucher is not valid for existing bookings.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: Duration approx 1hr.
• Option 2: Duration approx 2hrs. Patch test required 48 hrs in advance of booking. Upgrade to half-head, full head of highlights or a director stylist available for a supplementary charge, please discuss directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes a bottle of water and PPE pack.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
