Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Dec 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021 and Sun 21 Nov 2021 until Thur 31 Mar 2022 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr, 1 Jun - 22 Nov and 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required for per cottage per night for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 30 Nov (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 30 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Cottages sleep up to six; all double bedrooms. Lodges included: 3 bedrooms - Brae, Ben Hope, Boat House, Ben Vorlich, Carin Toul and Boat Shed and 4 bedrooms - Stob Ban.
• Cottages with hot tubs available at a supplement of £25 per night; please liaise directly with Kenmore Lodges.
• Stay can be extended; please discuss directly with Kenmore Lodges.
• Credit card details will be taken at check in instead of a security deposit; please discuss directly with the venue.
• Children permitted and counted as part of the overall headcount. Under 3s stay free of charge and are not included in overall headcount; own cot is required.
• Max of 1 dog permitted a supplementary charge of £20 per night in specific cottages only; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
