• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Apr 2024 until Sun 30 Jun 2024, Tue 5pm - 10pm, Wed - Thu 10am - 10pm, Fri 9:30am - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Option 1 & 3: Includes a vitamin C facial & back, neck & shoulder massage. Total duration approx. 1hr 30mins.
• Options 2 & 4: Includes a mini facial & Indian head massage. Total duration approx. 1hr.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
