• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days, 10am – 6pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Friday, Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 20 per group; subject to availability.
• Includes a choice of 1 x 55 minute treatments from: back massage and facial, vitamin surge facial, deluxe manicure or pedicure or soft foot treatment and scalp massage; subject to change.
• Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is not suitable for cancer sufferers or those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes 1 hour of access to facilities before or after treatments; 17 meter indoor swimming pool and soothing spa pool.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes afternoon tea; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
