• Valid Mon - Thu:  Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Mon - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Valid Fri - Sun: Voucher is valid from Fri 5 Nov 2021 until Sun 27 Mar 2022, Fri - Sun. Excludes Mon - Thu.
• Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2021 - 4 Jan and 18 Feb - 28 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 3 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Family options are valid for 2 adults and 2 children (age 0 - 16 yrs).
• Accommodation check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Stay in a standard double/twin or family room.
• Max of 3 children 0 - 16 yrs permitted in a family room with bunk beds. 
• No pets permitted.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Activities
• Includes one all day activity ticket which allows you to take part in archery, tubing, skating and a choice of skiing or snowboarding.
• Activities take place daily 10.30am - 4.45pm; weather permitting.
• Children aged 3 - 8 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• All equipment required will be provided.
• Weather appropriate clothing and shoes recommended.
• Minimum age restrictions apply: Tubing - 4years, Skating - 3 years, Archery - 6 years, Skiing & snowboarding - 8 years.
• Max of 6 people per session for all activities except archery which is a max of 24 people.
• General
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
