I'm happy to let you know this particular deal includes the choice of three treatments. You're able to choose from a prescribed facial, a full body massage or a elemis couture touch treatment including a back, neck & shoulder massage with a mini facial.

Mon - Fri options: Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Dec 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Mon - Fri 10am - 7pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sat- Sun, 26, 30 Dec 2022, 1 Jan &  13-16 Feb 2023.

Sun options: Voucher is valid from Sun 4 Dec 2022 until Sun 26 Mar 2023, Sun 10am - 7pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mon - Sat, 25 Dec 2022, 1 Jan & 19 Feb 2023.

General: 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16's only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding if advised at time of booking.

Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission as long as it's been 12 months since their last treatment.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 55 minutes.

Includes full leisure access.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
