Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jun 2021 until Thu 30 Sept 2021, valid 7 days, subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays and £50 for Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sept 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: include 3 course dinner from set menu; changes weekly. Supplements may be required on some dishes; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. 2 nights: Dinner is available on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children permitted; requires upgrade to family room. Room and child supplements apply; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Car parking available at £9 per night; please arrange directly with hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
